HOW TO ORDER

2. Please wait for my reply on the availability of the item.
3. After receiving my confirmation, please proceed to make Payment. Please view payment terms.
4. Please note that upon payment, your order is considered confirmed and no changes or cancellations will be entertained. All sales are FINAL.
5. We will deliver by Poslaju on the next day upon receiving your payment. We deliver everyday except weekends and public holiday. Please allow couple of days.

PAYMENT
1. Bank-in/transfer the amount of money for the price of the items plus Poslaju charges. Poslaju charges for Peninsular Malaysia are RM6, Sabah and Sarawak RM9.
2. I will provide you details of my account via email.
3. Please email me proof of your payment so that I can confirm receipt. Scan or take a digital photo of the deposit slip. Email your payment amount, time, date, location of the Cash Deposit Machine or ATM branch and serial number.
4. If you are using cash deposit machine, and there is a balance of RM5 or below, we will include the balance in your parcel. For balance of more than RM5, we will transfer to your Maybank or Bank Islam account. Just email us your bank account name & number.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
1. All items will be sent by Poslaju.
Please note that postage cost is NOT INCLUDED in the price. Items in hand are depending on destination and upon receipt of full payment for the items to be delivered.
2. Express Shipping
Express shipping is available at an extra cost. Please email for further details on the cost and time frame.
3. Customs Duty, etc
All customs duty, tax, etc will be borne by the BUYER.
4. Please note that the delivery time frames are only approximates. You could receive your item either sooner or later depending on the post office and/or customs.
5. We cannot be held responsible for customs and/or postal delays which are beyond control. Appreciate your understanding on this matter.
6. For Shipping to Singapore, Indonesia & Brunei please email for approximate shipping cost.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Items are sold at a first come first serve basis.
2. Payment via Bank Islam transfer (Cash Deposit or ATM transfer) only.
3. Payment must be made after confirmation of order.
4. Items will be mailed out upon receipt of payment.
5. We will not be held responsible for any loss or damage during delivery or shipping.
6. Only serious buyer. Strictly no cancellation of order once it is confirmed. Please note that once you have confirmed your order and payment has been made, NO changes and/or cancellations will be entertained. If you chose to cancel you order, please note that your payment will be forfeited. Items are non-exchangeable or non-refundable once delivered.
7. Shipping rates are as per Pos Laju required. Please include postage fee when ordering.
8. Do email us if you wish for any items to be re-stocked or you would like to request. We will try searching them for you.
